Outlook 2003 Address Book

As part of our company transitioning under a new company, our entire network
was transitioned this past weekend and therefore Outlook needed to be
reconfigured. If I click on the icon for the Address Book, I do not have
access to the two personal contact folders, only access to the network global
contacts. I do re-instate these?

Right-click your Contacts folder, choose Properties, select the Outlook
Address Book tab, and check the box labeled "Show this folder as an e-mail
Address Book."

That's the process I thought I had followed in the past, but that selection
is grayed out. I suspect that means there must be some sort of network
management thing that might control it?
