Outlook 2003 and 2007

I have been using ACT as a contact manager and want to transfer the contact
information to Outlook. When I try to import the information is keep getting
errors telling me about translator errors and can't find FAE.dll which all
research points me to Outlook 97! Has anybody a solution or direction????
