outlook 2003 and 256 colors

Hello,

At work, we use thin clients that connect to Windows 2003 (terminal)
servers through Citrix. With some clients that only support 256 colors,
we have the following problem:
the icons in the first 3 columns (attachments, wheiter you have replied
or not and the urgence) are not displayed...

Is there any way we can solve this, but continue working at 256 colors?
