Outlook 2003 and address book "warning"

I am using the beta 2 of Outlook 2003. When I click
forward or reply with outlook open, I get the "security
warning... a program is trying to access your adress
book, do you want to allow."

If have tried to use detect and repair, and also ran
setup again and did anohter full installation.

I am not using any Outlook plug-ins and do not have any
viruses detected. This just recently started happening
after I un-installed the Business Contact Manager which I
was not using.

Please help.

Chances are BCM is still partially loaded. I would suggest reinstalling BCM,
then going to the Business Tools menu, then to Email Linking, AutoLinking
and click the Clear All button.
