Hey everyone,

Problem with auto fil/completion using outlook 2003. Our Boss says is
stopped suggesting names. The fixes I've found are:

1. Recreate email profile
2. Close Outlook and rename the *.nk2 file and then open outlook again.

Any more suggestions.

Why do you need more suggestions?
These are the ones that work. Why are you the exception?

Did you try either fix? (#2 is the easiest).

If the boss uses the cache as his address book, shame on him. You can use
one of the tools at http://www.slipstick.com/problems/nicknamecache.asp to
capture the addresses and add them to contacts.

Creating a new profile is safe. It never touches any of your data.
