Hello - I have a user running Outlook 2003 who is running in Cached Mode.
When he works online he has no issues. However when he operates offline he
cannot open his inbox folder. He gets the message "Unable to Display the
Folder". I tried turning cache mode off and then back on. I tried having
using offline mode via OST, I tried running the inbx repair tool to repair
OST, I tried recreating the Outlook profile, I tried recreating OST. Non of
this works. Also if I try setting up a profile on another workstation and log
onto his mailbox in cache mode the same thing happens to me on the other
machine with a brand new profile, when not connected to the network. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
