Outlook 2003 and edit conflicts

I have a user who is was connected to another users calendar. Made
some changes to the meeting and when clicked "save and close" received
a conflict message and prompted the user if they wanted to save it to
the default location.
My question is where is the default location? I was unable to find
the changes.

any help would be appreciated.
