Hi,
I'm using a Hotmail account via Outlook 2003 and it's being really
irritating when it comes to handling Unicode messages. Any non-ASCII
compatible characters that are viewed from a hotmail account come up as
'?' even if the encoding is set as UTF-8. The only way to fix it seems
to be to select Western Encoding and then select UTF-8!
Then if you reply or forward a message the same problem occurs so there
is no way of replying or forwarding a message with the Unicode intact
without copy pasting the whole original mail.
Is there something I'm doing wrong or is this a bug? I've tried
fiddling with all sorts of settings with no luck.
