Outlook 2003 and IE 7 Beta 2 - Locate Link Browser pops up!

I downloaded and began using IE 7 Beta 2 today. Now, when I click a link in
Outlook 2003, a box with "Locate Link Browser" comes up and the computer acts
like it is searching for something on the hard drive. How to get the click
on the link to open the web page it points to?
