Outlook 2003 and IE7

Having a problem opening hyperlinks from Outlook 2003 (SP2) where IE7
attempts to open, but simply locks up until ended from task manager. A
second PC with all software and same Outlook profile has no problem, but is
still at SP1. Any ideas?
