Outlook 2003 and Insert > Item

Hello all...

I have been having this problem since I installed/uninstalled business
contact manager.

I cant Insert > Item anymore, it is greyed out. I am not using word as the
editor, and I am selecting the body of the message before I try inserting.

Any ideas?
