Outlook 2003 and missing SKU111.CAB file

Traveling on the road for the next 3 weeks (already been gone for 2) and my
Outlook isn't working correctly.

I keep getting a error pop-up saying that Outlook.pst could not be acessed.
Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

I can't delete or move any emailes from any folder (Inbox & Deleted folders
too). I can open them but am only allowed to close them. Also having
trouble downloading emails from my webmail server (the downloading process
won't complete to where the emails are removed fro the server and the new
emails don't stay in the Inbox - they disappear when I restart the computer.

Tried the detect & repair option, but it hangs up when it tells me to find
the missing SKU111.CAB file.

I haven't a clue where it might be and my install CDs are 3000 miles away.

So now what? Is there anywhere where I can download the file? I need to
get work down, but I can't while Outlook is messed.
