Outlook 2003 and MS Active Sync

I am going to upgrade from Outlook 2000 to 2003 shortly and am concern about
problems I may run into with my Pocket_PC which use MS Active Sync to sync
with Outlook??

HP iPAQ (Windows Mobile 2003)

Pat Thanks, I have a Pocket_PC made byt Toshisa for Autovox and now supported
bu UTStar. Its OS is MS Pocket PC version 3.0. My reason for concern is
that I am having intermittent sync issues that appear to be in my Laptop with
outlook 2000. OS is XP pro w/sp2 and activesync 3.5. I'm hoping things will
clear up when I finish building my PC with XP Pro and Office 2003 Pro
