Outlook 2003 and MSN Installer

After using Outlook very successfully for a long time, it suddenly now cannot
establish a connection to my Hotmail Plus account. I downloaded the MSN
Installer which a help screen from somewhere told me I needed to do. When I
try to run the installer wizard, it tells me that MSN could not find the
subscription information for the email address entered. I have a paid
Hotmail Plus account that is current. Bottom line - what do I need to do get
Outlook 2003 to access my Hotmail account? Any ideas?
