Outlook 2003 and MSNMail

I recently opened an MSN Premium account in connection with my Qwest DSL
service. Although I have been able to receive email on either MSNMail or
Hotmail, I have been unable to send or receive email on Outlook 2003. I have
Windows XP SP2 and Outlook 2003 SP2 (just updated). I have configured Outlook
Connector and have added the MSN Account (A couple times I have tried
removing it and adding it again). I did get one email on my inbox that was
already in my MSN inbox when I reset the account , but I have unable to see
any new mail or send anything. I have contacted Qwest DSL Technical Support
twice on this issue, but they have unable to help. Is there a fix to this?

Just to let you know that the issue has been resolved. It was mainly a matter
of loading the new SP, configuring the software correclly and then switching
off the "Work Offline" item in the File menu.
