Outlook 2003 and NetZero

Has anyone had any luck creating an account in Outlook 2003 to connect
to NetZero? NetZero does not provide information on anything later
than Outlook XP. The dialogs are similar, but the connection test
returns a message that suggests that Outlook is looking for the ISP to
support SSL.

A search of Netzero in the the news group yields a bunch of people who
use NetZero, but I couldn't find any messages about it.
