Can anyone help with this one please?
I am using Outlook 2003 for email with Norton Antivirus
(9.05.15) set to scan incoming and outgoing emails.
Outlook is set to "Send emails immediately when
connected".
When working offline, I "Send" an email and immediately
Outlook goes online (broadband connection) and appears to
send the email - it appears in the Sent folder.
However, Symantec follows with a message (1003.9)
saying "the connection to the server was interrupted, the
email was not sent and the message should be resent from
the Sent folder".
Symantec's help pages say I will solve the problem by
unclicking "Hang up after manual send/receive" but this
is already unclicked!
Is there a solution apart from remaining online whilst
writing emails? Help would be appreciated!
