Outlook 2003 and Office XP

hello,
Users works on Office XP.
I have deploy Outlook 2003 with Windows 2003 SBS
then Users could not use gramatical correction anymore of Word 2002 (XP).

Outlook options could use Word 2003 to write a e-mail but it's Word 2002 not
2003.

What should i do use Word 2002 with Outlook 2003 ?

Nothing as to have Word as your e-mail editor Outlook and Word should be the
same version.
