Outlook 2003 and OneNote 2007

I was using OneNote 2007 in 2 month ("try and buy version"9.
All was without troubles or challanges.
When I have bought full version of ON 2007, (and installed this) I have got
message from Outlook 2003 "mapi32.dll is damaged".
I was trying "Find and repair" in my Office 2003 (Small Bussines Edition),
but this is not helping me.
Can someone help me, what I can to do ?
If it`s possible, I will not reinstall Outlook (I can lose data)

You shouldn't lose data when you reinstall Outlook 2003. But it's Best
Practice to do a backup first anyhow.

Backup was done 1 week before that happened.
I was trying fixmapi too.
Nothing help.
It seems, that I must reinstall Outlook.
But what will happened with OneNote ?
This challange must be known for Microsoft.

Reinstalling Outlook shouldn't affect OneNote.
