Outlook 2003 and OPCS

I have been using the Outlook Pocket Contact Sync for some
time to keep my Pocket PC up to date. I recently
purchased a new machine with Office 2003 and now cannot
install the OPCS as it says Outlook 2000 or 2002 is not
installed. Has anyone else run into this and is there a
workaround?
