Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2000

I currently use Outlook 2003 and when I set up a meeting and add attendees to
individuals who use Outlook 2000 the notice comes in all garbled and is
unreadable. How can I fix this? There is no problem if the meeting is setup
on Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003 attendees.

do not send requests with a reminder enabled. also, they need to make sure
they have all the latest office 2000 updates installed.

If you're saying the message is garbled for the Outlook 2000 users: Make
sure to send the meeting invitation out WITHOUT a reminder set. There's a
bug when sending meeting invitations/iCalendar files to Outlook 2000 from
newer versions if they have reminders.

Thank you Diane and it worked. Now my question is since we disabled the
reminder how can we set it on Outlook 2000 automatically say a 1 day
reminder. What I have to do now is accept the notice then go to the calender
and set the reminder?
