Outlook 2003 and sharing calendar

Hello!

Outlook 2000 include very urgent of me function: sharing calendar or/and
messages for oter users. I did not find this in Outlook 2003 also MSKB.
Maybe 2003 required any special configuration ? Please answer or give me
reason / link
