outlook 2003 and signatures

hi

i have received a new workstation with windows xp pro and
office 2003.

my current workstation has outlook 2003 and windows 2000.

i would like to know how can i move my signatures across
to my new worstation without having to redo them all
again.

i have tried to copy the signatures folder across from
one machine to the other and now i can see them if i go
to tools\options\mail format\signatures however, when i
go to insert a different signature when i create a new
email message i do not have the option to insert them.

Am i missing something here?

thanks

Are you using Word as the editor? If yes, you will need to create a
signature in Word first. Then you can right click on it and have access to
all of your Outlook signatures.
