Outlook 2003 and Vista - display problems

Since I am using a Vista laptop, my Outlook 2003 sometimes behaves strangely.
The character size in the navigation pane suddenly increases, which makes it
e.g. impossible to distinguish between a folder Archive 2007" and "Archive
2006".

Anyone experience the same problem ?
