Outlook 2003 and Vista

My outlook hangs as soon as it opens. Much later it works again but freezes
after Send/Receive. Any ideas? The only thing I changed was adding Norton 360.

My first step is to disable the mail integration in any antivirus software
to see if that takes care of the problem. They can be pretty intrusive, and
if something goes wonky with them your mail program won't function.

Uninstall Norton, reboot your PC, run an Office Detect Repair, check OL then
If all OK, reinstall Norton without the OL intergration
