Decided to become legal again. Used to run a corporate version of XP pro and
a version of office 2003. During the time I was running these outlook 2003
worked flawlessly. So, needing a new MB I also bought x64 OEM. Have installed
x64 and it's working great (getting drivers for other stuff is down right
difficult though - when are the OEMs going to provide 64bit drivers?). Bought
office 2003 via HUP and installed. Outlook 2003 now crashes every minute or
so - sometimes more, sometimes less. It's wonderful that it immediately
relaunches itself each time - except that every second relaunch I have to
reset the viewing pane.
Question is: Is there an incompatibility problem between outlook 2003 and
x64 bit? From my perspective there definitely is.
