OUtlook 2003 and WOrd 2002

We upgraded to Outlook 2003 yesterday. Some users are still on Word
2002. If I attempt to sort an Address Book with the File As option
under E-Mail accounts and then attempt to access that address book
through Word 2002 Envelopes and Labels, Word crashes. Is there a fix
for this?
