Hi all,
Scenario: I have a number of external contacts defined in AD. I add a number
of these into the to: and cc: list of an e-mail that gets sent externally.
If an external recipient replies to all, the external contacts I defined in
the original mail get their mail addresses appended with my smtp domain,
which is obviously wrong, and NDR's get generated.
It's as if Outlook does not get the actual address of these external
contacts, but some kind of pointer to an AD object they obviously cannot
resolve, so those addresses get appended with the sender's mail domain
instead, which is not correct.
Any clue as to how I stop Outlook doing this?
Many thanks, in advance.
