Outlook 2003 Archive Folder is corrupt- how do I remove it?

I have two copies of archive folders, one that is working and the other which
was corrupt. I have no way of deleting the archive folder(corrupted version)
and not sure what to do? I have uninstalled the 2nd installation of
pstbackup.exe and followed the instruction exactly. So unfortunately I am
unable to use the autoarchive feature due to having two instances. Any help
would be appreciated.
