Outlook 2003 Attempted reinstall

Having installed Office 2003 including outlook 2003 over
an Office/Outlook XP installation I now have a continuous
call to Win Installer routines whenever Outlook is run
until all email messages are downloaded.

The installer is looking for XP discs if and when it
finds them the new mail is displayed.

No other Office application is affected only Outlook


I have tried reinstalling and repairing with no luck

Any suggestions

I have the same problem. Did you get anywhere on a
solution.

I'm having the exact same problem and wonder why MS is
not addressing it.

I went through the process of entering the problem on e-
mail tech help at MS but never got a response.

Everything seems to work fine but the constant pop up
window regarding windows installer is very annoying.
