In Outlook 2003, when attendees have received a meeting request, the meeting appears in their calendar. They can change the time or date of this entry in their calendar. This doesn't affect the time or date of the meeting in the organizer's calendar.
This can cause some confusion because the attendee may think they've changed the meeting.
I've tried this on Outlook 2000 and this gives a warning that they should inform the organizer.
I've searched the forums on this and haven't seen a fix for this or any acknowledgement of it being a bug.
Anyone got any ideas?
