Outlook 2003 Autoarchive

We are using Outlook 2003 and are using the cached mode option. When we
change our default autoarchive settings it isn't reflected in the clients
using cached mode. If we turn off cached mode the autoarchive settings are
correct. Is there a way to update the autoarchive settings in cached mode to
reflect what their exchange mailbox is set to? We also need to run in cached
mode for the Junk E-mail filter to work so turning it off is not an option.
