Outlook 2003 Automatically Accepting Meeting Invites

Dave

We have Exchange 2007 and most of our clients are running Outlook 2003.
This one client is having a strange issue where his Outlook automatically
accepts meeting requests and puts them directly in his calendar. I have
went under tools>options>email options>tracking items and verified that both
of the process on arrival checkboxes are unchecked. I also went under
calendar options and resource scheduling and verified that automatically
accept meeting requests... is unchecked. I am at a loss as what to do next.
It appears that Outlook is clearly malfunctioning. My next step would be to
uninstall and reinstall Outlook. Does anyone have any ideas on what might
cause this?

I also tried restarting Outlook after fixing these settings. I will try a
reboot for the hell of it and see if that helps.

Thanks,

Dave

Does this person have any delegates? If yes, did you check the delegate settings as well?

check for delegates - it's highly unlikely that uninstalling will fix it.
