Outlook 2003 automatically printing JPG attachments...

We have installed Office 2003 off a volume license disk.
Out of 20+ users all but 6 have a problem where a JPG
attachment on email prints instead of opening. I am
working with a Microsoft Tech, but getting nowhere. I
didn't know if anyone else has had a problem like this or
can lend advice or assistance in any way.
