Outlook 2003: Backup error copying file or folder

My regular 14 day Backup has now developed this error which I cannot
seem to fix:-

Error copying file or folder:

Cannot copy Outlook: The process cannot access the file because another
process has locked a portion of the file

I create a new backup file each time so I am assuming that my Personal
Folders are somehow locked.
I thought it may be Avast anti-virus which has not been on my system
very long, but disabling it still yields the same result.
Any help gratefully received.

Problem solved........it was Copernic Desktop Search locking my files.
