Outlook 2003 Backup

Outlook backup 2003 instals fine but when I run it and
exit outlook I get the following message:

Cannot copy Personal Folders: Configuration information
could not be read from the domain controller, either
beacuse the machine is unavailable, or access has been
denied.

Does anyone have any suggestoins?

Please note I am getting the same thing and really hope to get i
resolved, if I find anything I will post it back here
