outlook 2003 BCM Office Addin office app version does not match

I installed Microsoft Office 2003 on my sonny avio with Vista. When i try to
open Outlook, A BCM Office Addin Window opens and states Office Application
version does not match. I validated the Office 2003 when I installed it.
How do I get Outlook 2003 to work on Vista?
