Outlook 2003 Beta 2 - Message Notification

I have just installed and started playing with the Outlook 2003 Beta 2. The
first thing I have noticed is that it does not notify me when new messages
arrive - I have all the options turned on: make a sound, place an envelope
in the tray, the new "desktop alert", but nothing happens.

Any ideas?
