outlook 2003 beta unable to connect to MS Exchange server

Hi all,

When I try to create a new profile to connect to my
exchange 5.5 SP4 server using outlook 2003 beta 2 with
technical refresh, it just is not able to reach the
server. It says MS exchange server is unavailable.

There is no problem with the name resloution, with the
binding order. I am able to connect using Outlook XP to
the same server from the same server using the same user
profile. I am running windows xp SP1.

I am lost can someone help me please.
