Outlook 2003 Beta? Where?

Is this product still in beta, or is it in full release?

If only in beta, how do I go about getting a copy?

BTW, I've read a little bit on the security "shim" required to run add-ins
in OL2003. But if I have an authenticode developer's key, can I just
digitally sign my addin?

Outlook 2003 RTM'd yesterday. The beta is no longer available. Trial versions will become available in October.

Digitally signing your add-in has no effect on whether it triggers Outlook security prompts.
