Outlook 2003/Biz Contact Mgr Install

I have Office 2003 Professional from the rollout event.
It says that the CD "also includs Business Contact
Manager for Outlook 2003" [BCM] and other items. I have
found everything EXCEPT BCM.

I beleive that BCM has not installed yet. I can't find it
on either CD.

How do I install BCM?

Most, if not all, of the rollout event freebies did not include the separate
CD for BCM. We don't know why.
