Outlook 2003 - Blurry buttons

Does anyone know how to get sharp, clear buttons back in Outlook 2003? We
just upgraded and I feel like I need glasses. What's with this soft fuzzy
stuff MS keeps coming out with?

They look sharp to me. Perhaps it helps that I'm colorblind :-D I have more
difficulty in Outlook 2007 with Color Categories. With all the colors
looking alike, I can only use a handfull of colors without having to put
them next to each other to see that they are different.
