Outlook 2003 Business Contact Manager and PocketPC

Hey! Does anybody know how to sync your Business Contact
Manager with a PocketPC running Windows Mobile 2003? I
enjoy using the Business Contact Manager, but really it is
useless with being able to sync the information.
