Outlook 2003 Business Contacts function

Suddenly, I am unable to add a new entry to my business
contacts. When I click "New" I get the error
message "the form required to view this message cannot be
displayed. Contact your administrator."

Any suggestions?

Try clearing the forms cache -- Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Custom Forms | Manage Forms | Clear Cache. If that doesn't work, you may want initiate a support incident with Microsoft at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;en-us;incidentsubmit.You will need a .Net Passport, but there should be no charge for filing the request.

Let us know if that solves the problem. Also, are you using any tool to synchronize BCM data with a PDA? What about anti-virus software that hooks into Outlook?
