Hello,
This just started happening today with one user. Our organization uses cache
mode with Outlook 2003. Normally, when connected to Exchange Server 2003,
the Outlook client will have in the bottom right corner the words "All files
are up-to-date: Connected". What is happening with this particular user is
Outlook will cycle back and forth "All files are up-to-date: Connected" and
"Trying to connect to the Exchange Server" repeatedly. We've tried
restarting Outlook but the problem still persists. The user continues to
send and receive emails but this connecting and disconnecting is not normal
behavior. There were no entries in the Exchange Server logs that showed any
problems with the server.
Any suggestions?
