Outlook 2003 Cached Mode and name resolution

Dear All,

Im having a problem with name resolution from the GAL when
Cached mode is turned on.
The following article

Fixes the problem for the current user and you can also
add the key under HKLM however this is really only a band
aid fix.

In cached mode if you open the address book and select
tools/options/Global Address Book/Properties.. The current
server is listed as the following.

C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

Any help would be appreicated.
