Outlook 2003 Calendar Anonymous User Restore

Is there a way to restore the anonymous user to the Outlook 2003 Calendar if
it has been removed from the Calendar Properties dialog box? If not is there
another way to share a resource calendar to allow everyone access to reserve
the resource?
