Good day,
Windows XP/Outlook 2003
I will try to explain the problem we are having and hope for the best!
We created a Mailbox whose use is for the calendar only; this mailbox is not
monitored and will not be. We have a room that has to be booked by sending a
Meeting Request to this Mailbox. We do not want to accept/decline the
Meeting Request, only the auto-reply. This works okay.
However, we would also like for the Scheduling tab to fill in; it does not.
This calendar cannot be seen by anyone; people are reserving the room based
on its availability shown on the Scheduling tab and that is it. But, can the
Scheduling tab could fill in as soon as a Meeting Request hits the Mailbox?
Should this be done at the server level?
If you are wondering why we need this tricky setting, it is because
reservations for this room are totally confidential.
Thank you.
