Outlook 2003 Calendar busy time not showing correctly

Hello,

I have a user with Outlook 2003 Calendar problems. She has scheduled
meetings that are marked as busy time, but other users are not seeing them,
so her schedule looks like it's open. They are not marked Private. In fact, I
can change the meetings in her Calendar from Busy to Tentative and back to
Busy, and then others can see them as Busy time.

Her Calendar is in her online mailbox, so it's not a .pst problem. Could it
be something with her mailbox? Do I need to refer this to an Exchange Admin?

Try starting the user's Outlook one time with the /cleanfreebusy switch.

start->run->outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy
