Hello all,
Currently I have about 10 people in an office environment who schedule
meetings and such for a conference room. The conference room is setup
as a user. When a meeting is scheduled attendees are invited and I
have everyone's Outlook set to auto-accept any meeting unless there is
a conflict.
However, with this setup the attendees do not receive any real
notification that they are scheduled for a meeting or that a meeting
has changed.
My question is, is there any way to send some type of notification to
the attendees automatically other than the acceptance email when their
calendar has been changed? I am trying to make the process as
automated as possible.
I could have the organizer send an email manually each time, but I
would like to avoid this if at all possible.
Thanks in advance!
